Borders of Hope: Citizenship for a Better Tomorrow
We exclusively process citizenship applications for three principalities that are members of the Antarctic Lands Organization (ALO): Antarcticland, New Malta, and West Antarctic.
The Principality of Antarcticland, founded in 1821, is the oldest territorial entity in Antarctica, covering over 1.5 million km². Citizenship here reflects historical continuity and environmental commitment and protection of the Antarctic.
The Principality of New Malta, located on Burke Island (330 km²), serves as the seat of the Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem – World Confederation (SOSJJ). Citizenship recognizes humanitarian values and cultural tradition. Citizenship is reserved only to the members of SOSJJ.
The Principality of West Antarctic, encompassing the Antarctic Peninsula and Alexander I Island, is historically linked to the House of Gottlieb. Its citizenship affirms dedication to peaceful development and scientific cooperation under the House of Gottlieb protection.
All applicants must accept the 10 Fundamental Principles, focused on peace, human dignity, and environmental protection. While citizenship is granted free of charge, administrative costs apply:
- Registration and printable PDF ID (PVC format): 100.00 USD
- Optional printing and DHL shipping of the ID card: 100.00 USD (only if requested and paid)
The ID card is valid for five years. Applications may be submitted through the form, and inquiries directed at the respective principality’s official email.
Citizenship status and ID cards may be verified online at www.IDverify1.com.

Antarctica: Claim Citizenship and Your Place in the New World
If this were to happen, and one or several parts of Antarctica were to prevail over the others, we could witness the greatest plundering of natural resources in history. But, above all, we would be witnessing the worst environmental catastrophe that would alter the planet’s ecosystem forever.
To avoid this terrible scenario and to raise public awareness of the problem and understand its implications, we have decided to launch the “Save Antarctica, become an Antarctic citizen” campaign.
All those who believe that it is absolutely necessary to prevent Antarctica from becoming the victim of an ecological tragedy will now have the opportunity to make this known to the world through a very significant gesture of support, by applying to become part of this mythical continent and asking to be granted the right of citizenship.
Citizenship is offered on an equal basis by the Principalities that make up the Antarctic Lands Organization ALO. The Principalities offer citizenship free of charge in exchange for a single condition that is to accept the 10 Fundamental Principles that they have given themselves, among which the priority for environmental protection, respect for human rights and peace among peoples.
The aim of this initiative is to create an Antarctic “population” that will actively take a stand in defense of the Antarctic ecosystem. The citizens of Antarctica will become an integral part of the process, to raise global awareness of the continent’s environmental needs and to ensure the sustainability and protection of the environment, both flora and fauna.
Antarctic citizens will be able to establish groups in their respective countries and organize events to encourage the involvement of the authorities and citizens of each country.

Beyond the Ballot: Redefining Citizenship Through Action
There’ s no more time to waste, we only have a few years to speak up and try to avoid the worst. The experts assert that unless structural corrections are made to production systems and radical changes are made in consumer behavior, 2030 will be the turning point, the year of no return, heading straight for environmental disaster.
We need to ignite a major change in the world of production and in people’s individual behavior so that they understand that environmental protection is a priority. As citizens of Antarctica, we must use all our capabilities and available means to implement change.
We must use the right to vote, to protest, or to boycott, or to change our consumption habits. We must advocate for a sustainable economy in order to reduce carbon emissions. As for democratic methods, we citizens have much more power than we imagine. So, let’s join forces, to defend Antarctica, to make our voices heard, to defend life and save the planet.
